Statutory right of revocation in respect of Rana Secret merchandise:

When you purchase Rana Secret merchandise you have a statutory right of revocation:The first thing you should know is that if you decide to return merchandise click on purchase history, choose the item that you want to return then click on return order and follow the steps with mentioning the reason of return, when your request is accepted go to the return page and click on download next to the item you want to return in order to print the bill of lading and stick it on the box from the top, note that you must put the item in the same box that we sent to you. In addition to print the purchase invoice and put it inside the box.

a) Information regarding the right of revocation:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days.

b) Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we are required to refund all payments we received from you less shipping cost، without undue delay and at least within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of revocation of this contract. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction.

C) Return terms:

You have the right to return the item if it is not used and there is no damage caused by the customer. Presence of the ticket is essential.

If you violate one of these conditions، the money will not sent to you. You can recover the item, but the shipping costs will be on you.
